John and I have been working with Sarah since 2011 and yet still we are amazed at each beautiful new piece that she paints!
Sarah was 3 years old when she first attracted attention for her artwork, having presented her father with an accurate and fully 3D sketch of a pram!
From that moment Sarah Ewing was one to watch and art become a strong focal point of her life. Even when her 'normal job' found her drowning in admin she sought refuge in painting and these days she considers herself very lucky to be able to make her living this way.
Sarah’s beautiful paintings are brought to life with tiny brushes and attention to detail borne from a true love for her subject matter - usually her garden and its bird table. The idyllic rural surroundings of Wiltshire also inspire her and she loves getting out and about to discover more about the natural world on her doorstep.
Sarah uses a variety of painting techniques which give the paintings depth and allows the colours and images to sing with vibrancy.
Sarah's work has appeared on ITV and Channel 4 television and her artwork has won awards for her album covers 'Folklore' and 'Grimspound' for Prog Rock band ' Big Big Train'.
